We are local small-business bookkeeping and tax practitioners with over 25 years in public accounting. The personal attention, commitment and pro-active energy that we bring to each business relationship are what make us unique.
 
We place an emphasis on quality services and ethical performance, conditions that are required by us, our insurance and bonds, and the numerous professional organizations of which we are members.
 
We are California Registered Tax Preparers (CRTP). What this means is that we take and pass an annual tax exam to be registered by the State of California and we are required by law to complete continuing education credits and provide a bond for your protection
 
We are Certified Public Bookkeepers (CPB). What this means is that we have taken a national standard test and passed and are required by law to complete more continuing education credits
 
Paige Jones Hibbits PhD is also an Accredited Tax Advisor (ATA) and Accredited Tax Preparer (ATP). These designations are offered by the National Accreditation Council of Accountancy and Taxation for those that are tested and have degrees in accounting and taxation. She is also required to complete continuing education credits to retain this designation.
 
We are all Certified QuickBook Pro Advisors. This means we take a comprehensive exam every year to keep this prestigious certification and are listed on the Intuit QuickBooks website as experienced and educated professionals.
 
Dr. Hibbits's career background includes being a Vice-President of Finance, Director of Finance and CFO for three corporations. This hands-on experience, in addition to her education and skills, reflects the breath of business experience we offer in the office. This is a unique asset for the business owner.
 
Finally, we believe that volunteers are the heart of all communities and we find the time and resources to help as many nonprofits as we can. Jones Hibbits pays each employee to give back to their community one week each year.
