We prepare individual and corporate income tax returns; provide confidential, competent full charge bookkeeping; work closely with clients and other practitioners, meet deadlines, offer tax planning for individuals and corporations and prepare sales and business property tax reports. Our clients include small to medium retail, agricultural, manufacturing, distribution and service companies. 

We also prepare Offers in Compromise, research and respond to IRS and state notices to clients; prepare incorporations, limited liability company documentation, and corporate terminations. We provide Operating Agreements for single member LLCs and partnerships.

We set-up, convert, clean-up and catch-up your QuickBooks files at your place or mine. I will train your in-house staff to provide what you need for planning and growing your business.
